Following the decree n°2021-1059 of August 7, 2021, a valid health pass is mandatory at The Base Studio, which you will be asked to show upon entry. Following the latest Covid measures  by the French Gouvernement, starting 29 November 2021, it is mandatory to wear a mask in all establishments open to the public and enclosed areas, including those subject to the health pass. Once our sports/artistic activities begin, wearing a mask is not compulsory, according to the French Gouvernement.  We would like to remind you of the sanitary instructions that will stay in place and need to be respected.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, we request that you stay home and cancel any upcoming reservations as soon as possible:

​

• Elevated temperature or fever of 38° C or higher

• Persistent cough

• Shortness of breath and/or difficulty breathing

• Loss of smell and/or taste

• Fatigue

• Persistent headache

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, once the students of the previous class have left the studio, you are welcome to enter.

• Please keep your mask on until the moment class starts.

• We request you to bring a large bag in which you should store all your clothes, purses and other belongings.

• We suggest wearing clothes that can easily be removed, with your sportswear already underneath, when possible.

• Please disinfect your hands with the hydro-alcoholic gel provided upon entry.

• The studios and equipment are disinfected daily and between classes. We ask you to bring your own mat for warm-ups, if you don’t have any – the studio can provide one for you.

• You are responsible for cleaning your pole upon arrival, during and after use. Please bring a rag specifically for cleaning the poles.

• When possible, maintain at least 1 meter distance between yourself and others while inside the studio. Avoid congregating with others for extended periods of time.

• Hands-on spotting is optional. You may inform your instructor if you’re comfortable with this prior to class starting.

• Please clean materials that you have used during class.

• Students of the following class cannot enter the studio until all students of the previous class have left, we ask you to respect their time and get dressed in a timely manner.

• Once class has finished, we request you to put your mask back on.

No late arrivals are allowed to join the class. You will not be permitted to switch to another day or class and will not be refunded your money. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class, so that you have time to get changed, settled in, and reduce the risks of showing up late. You should be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time. As our studio is in a basement, the door on the ground floor will be locked at the start of every class. Late arrivals are not allowed. This is a safety issue, and we ask that you respect both our instructors and other students by showing up on time as tardiness is disruptive to the experience we aim to provide.

At The Base Studio we have a 24-hour cancelation policy. As long as you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled class, your credit will be returned to your account, and you will be able to schedule for a future date. However, if you late cancel in the 24-hour cancelation period prior to your class start time you will lose the credit and will not be permitted to reschedule for another date.

As we are a small studio, classes fill up quickly. After purchasing a pricing plan, you can sign up online or through our app to secure your spot. We ask you kindly to only reserve class if you genuinely plan to show up. If you signed up and there is an unforeseen situation, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled class. In this case, your credit will be returned to your account, and you will be able to reschedule for a future date. Unfortunately, any class with less than 4 participants is subject to cancelation as late as 5 hours prior to the scheduled start time due to low enrollment.

When classes are full, you can sign up to be on the waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, you should plan to come take the class if a spot opens up. If you can no longer take class, make sure to remove yourself from waiting list to avoid being added in and not being able remove yourself prior to our 24-hour cancelation period. Please note that you can be added to a class from the waiting list up to 3 HOURS before its start time as other students who cancel making room. You will receive an automatic email or text notification letting you know you have been added. At that point, you will be held to our regular 24-hour cancelation policy. Anyone on waiting list is welcome to arrive at the studio prior to your class start time to join the warm-up and take available spots from any no shows. Preference for any available spots due to no shows will be given in order of where you are positioned on the waiting list.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you make a purchase, make sure you know the expiration date and use all sessions before that date. We will not extend the expiration date, with exception for a medical situation.

At The Base Studio we have a 24-hour cancelation policy, this includes reservations for private classes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled class, you will be able to schedule for a future date. However, if you late cancel in the 24-hour cancelation period prior to your class start time, you will lose the private session credit and will not be permitted to reschedule for another date.

At The Base Studio we have a 24-hour cancelation policy, this includes reservations for open practice. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled class, you will be able to schedule for a future date. However, if you cancel with less than 24-hours’ notice you will lose the credit and will not be permitted to reschedule for another date. Membership owners who booked an open practice as a recovery class, are not granted the right to reschedule if they late cancel. VIP Membership owners who cancel late, will not be granted the right to attend the open practice the upcoming week.

• Total cost of event must be paid at time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• When booking an event, you must select the group size. If the number of people changes and your rate is affected by it, you MUST let us know at least 24 hours in advance to give us time to update your information in our system. We will not be able to adjust the rate of any changes to group size after this time.

• In case of cancelation, up to 14 days before the event, 75% of the total event cost refunded to your credit card or you can reschedule for no extra charge.

• If you can less than 14 days before your event, 50% of the totally event cost refunded to your credit card. You will not be able to reschedule unless paying for another party.

• Please note, cancelation can be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event start time. Any cancelation within the 24-hour time period prior to event start time will receive no refund.

• There are no refunds on full charge for late comers or late cancelations.

• We do not permit food or drinks (except water) inside the studio.

• Lateness to events will result in a shorter event time. Over 30 minutes late to an event may result in cancellation of your event.

• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded their money.
